Dr. Cecile’ Hines and Director Nina Spiller spends a wonderful afternoon with Ms. Nadia Higgins, the winner of the Dr. Allen J. Hines Scholar Advancement Award and Dr. Pamela H. Obiomon, Dean and Professor of the Roy G. Perry College of Engineering. Special thanks Ms. Higgins for arranging a tour of the campus and arranging a guided tour of the College of Engineering with Dr. Obiomon.
Dr. A.J. Hines would be extremely proud of the achievements of the winner, Ms. Nadia Higgins, and the tremendous heights and contributions of his Alma Mata.

Mt. Rose Church Of God In Christ
We provide opportunities for youth and adults to serve others in foreign countries for 2 weeks. Participants learn the true meaning of servanthood by living in poverty stricken communities and embracing the culture of those less fortunate. Participants participate in various ministries and share the gospel of Christ to the lost.
